Early in my PhD journey, I was stressed and frustrated because I never knew what I should do or how to do it.

We are never taught how to write our research papers, make scientific presentations, write literature reviews, or even plan a dissertation. They expect us to know how to complete our dissertation.

After I slowly learned how to complete these tasks, completing my dissertation became easier and less stressful. Ultimately, I was able to complete my Ph.D. in Chemistry from my B.S. in only 3.5 years.

After watching so many of my friends and lab mates struggle with the same things that I did, I have created the workshop to help all science and social science graduate students to help them complete their dissertations with less stress.
